Cancellation, Re-Do, & Service Policy

As a client of Bocz Salon we value your time and patronage. Please understand that when you cancel, reschedule last minute or no show it is difficult to fill your appointment time affecting our stylist livelihood and a small business. We ask all clients to take the time to review our policy in full.

In order to ensure our staff can remain available we require the following:

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% your scheduled service cost.

No Shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service cost.

All appointments will require a credit/debit card on file to reserve your appointment.

We have 15 minute late arrival grace period before we mark the appointment as a no show.

When less then 24hr cancellation/reschedule or no show occur. Client will be notified via phone call of amount that will be charged to card listed on file. If card on file is not valid/expired/declined we will require the client to pay notified amount and provide updated card on file before any future appointments may be booked.

Please come dressed for color services. We use lots of bleach and a variety of color products, we work very hard to protect your clothing with robes and capes, but color happens. Please wear clothing that would be appropriate for such services as BOCZ Salon is not responsible for any damage/staining to personal items.

Re-Do Policy we want all of our clients to love their hair and services. If you are not happy with the results we highly encourage you to discuss it with your stylist before you leave. But we understand sometimes that isn’t possible. If you would like to request a re-do please contact BOCZ Salon with in two weeks of original service and we will work to fix in house. Any refund requests will be at the discretion of management.
